Pirelli S.p.A. was acquired and integrated into Pirelli & C. SpA in August 2003. The Company manufactured cables and tires, produced high voltage power cables, telecommunications cables, building and enameled wire accessories, optical equipment, and offered installation services. Pirelli also produced tires for cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.
