Montana Workers Compensation Court

The Montana Workers' Compensation Court is a limited jurisdiction trial court for the State of Montana. The Court exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes arising under the Montana Workers' Compensation Act and the Montana Occupational Disease Act.
