John Hancock Realty Income Fund-III LP was organized on November 4, 1988 for the purpose of acquiring, improving and leasing income-producing retail, commercial and industrial properties. The units ($20/unit) were offered between February 17, 1989 to February 15, 1991. The Partnership will terminate on or before De- cember 31, 2019. The general partner is John Hancock Realty Equities, Inc.
