PS Partners VII Ltd., was formed in April 1986, to invest and operate existing self-service facilities offering storage space for personal and business use and to invest some of the net proceeds of the offering in and operate existing off- ice and industrial properties. The units ($500/unit) was completed in April 1987 with a total of 108, 831 units sold. The general partner is Public Storage, Inc.
