Datronic Equipment Income Fund XX, was formed on April 30, 1991 for the purpose of acquiring and leasing both high and low technology equipment to unaffiliated third parties under full payout leases as well as to acquire equipment subject to existing leases. The units ($500/unit) were offered between late 1991 and early 1992. The general partner is Lease Resolution Corporation.
