Capital Realty Investors 2 L.P., was formed on March 23, 1983 to invest in real estate by acquiring and holding a limited partnership interest in limited part- nerships which own and operate federal or state government assisted or convent- ionally financed apartment complexes throughout the US, which provide housing to the elderly and to individuals and families of low or moderate income.
