Wells Financial Corp. is the holding company for Wells Federal Bank. The Bank attracts deposits from the general public and uses such deposits to invest in a variety of loans and purchase mortgage-backed and investment securities. Wells Financial also operates an insurance agency and a mortgage banking company. The Company operates in south central Minnesota.
