Park Communications Inc

Park Communications, Inc., through its subsidiaries, owns and operates tele- vision and radio stations, newspapers and other publications nationwide. The Company owns nine TV stations, 22 radio stations and 107 newspapers in 21 states. In May 1995, Park Communications was acquired by Park Acquisitions and is now a private company.
