Osborn Communications Corporation, a subsidiary of Capstar Broadcasting Part- ners, owns and operates 20 FM and AM radio stations in mid-sized markets in the eastern United States. Capstar owns and operates 53 radio stations in 12 mid- sized markets across the United States.
