Neozyme Corporation is under a technology license agreement with Genzyme Corpor- ation ("GENZ") where Genzyme has licensed to Neozyme its technology for use in developing products. The Company is required to involve Genzyme in performance of research, development and clinical testing of the products under a develop- ment agreement.
