MVP Holdings Inc. has acquired the oil and gas operations and the assets of Phoenix Resources Technologies Inc. The Company's property consists of 125 miles of pipelines, oil and gas properties with 65 wells and the operating rights to 12 additional wells in West Virginia. MVP also owns six gas wells in Louisiana.
