Motors Liquidation Company GUC Trust is a post-conformation successor to Motors Liquidation Company. The Company was created to hold and administer the common stock of General Motors Company to be contributed to the GUC Trust under the plan, including any dividends declared thereon in the form of New GM Common Stock.
