Was acquired by Bell Atlantic Corp in 1992. Bell Atlantic and GTE Corp were merged to create Verizon Communication Inc in 2000. Metro Mobile CTS,Inc., through wholly-owned subsidiaries, controled, owned and operated cellular radiotelephone systems. The company served the northeast, southeast and southwest.
