Kani, Inc. designs, develops, markets and distributes "Kani" brand footwear. The Company also sublicenses the "Kani" brand name to other product manufac- turers, primarily apparel. Kani's product line consists of performance athletic wear, street athletic footwear, utility and multipurpose footwear, sandals and casual footwear.
