Independent Bankgroup, Inc. was a bank holding company for the First National Bank of Vermont. On January 29, 1993, FNB was placed into receivership and the FDIC was appointed the receiver. Independent Bankgroup is not presently involved in any banking activities, foreign operations or material leasing operations.
