Financial Corporation of Santa Barbara is a savings and loan holding company for Santa Barbara Savings and Loan Association. In April 1990, The Federal Office of Thrift Supervision seized Santa Barbara Savings and Loan. The Company filed for bankruptcy in September 1990.
