Cryotech Industries, Inc. processes and distributes blue crab products. The Company markets to its principal customer, Captain Crab, Inc., and has a pro- cessing plant in Tallahassee, Florida. Cryotech has an agreement with Tohman Company Ltd. of Japan for the exclusive marketing of its products in Japan.
