Commercial Decal, Inc. manufactures ceramic decals and plastic foils which are used in the decoration of mass produced ceramic, plastic, porcelain, enamel and glass items. The Company's decals are used by one group of customers on col- lectibles and by another group on housewares. Sales to both groups are subject to great competition both domestically and internationally.
