Bangor America, Inc. manufactured 100% wool and wool-blend knitted fabrics that it sold to women's apparel and sportswear manufacturers and distributors throughout the United States. The Company sold its products directly to its customers, the largest of which was Landau Woolen Company, Inc. Bangor America ceased operations on or about Oct. 31, 1991 by a Plan of Dissolution.
