Aramed, Inc. was formed to accelerate the discovery, research and development of certain compounds utilizing the technology of Gensia, Inc. The Company has contracted with Gensia to conduct research on second generation adenosine reg- ulating agents for use in intravenous treatment of cardiovascular disorders, certain seizure disorders and acute cerebrovascular disorders.
