AMB Current Income Fund, Inc., a corporation which will elect REIT status, began on April 21, 1994. The Fund was organized to provide current income by investing in diversified (property type, size and location) medium-sized properties of in- stitutional quality. AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, Inc. is the Fund's ad- visor.
