Harmony Group, Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Leroi Princeton, Inc., designs, manufactures and distributes a broad range of children's hosiery, tights and other apparel under the "Leroi" label. The Company's customers in- clude major department stores, specialty shops and mass merchandisers. It sells these products through nine sales offices located throughout the United States.
