California Enterprise Development Authority, a Joint Powers Authority (JPA), to address gaps in Economic Development financing.The purpose of the Authority is to assist the members, for-profit and non-profit organizations located within the jurisdictions of the members in financing industrial and commercial development projects and other public purpose projects.
