Nitto Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells chemicals and chemical- related products, such as acrylonitrile, raw materials for synthetic fibers, organic chemicals, gases and other intermediates. The Company, affiliated with Mitsubish Rayon, was originally set up as a chemical fertilizer producer. Nitto Chemical now owns bioreactor technology for mass production of acrylamide.
