Heart Technology, Inc. develops, manufactures and markets devices for the treat- ment of atherosclerosis in coronary and other arteries. Its initial product, the "Rotablator" system, treats atherosclerosis through a patented "rotational ablation" method which mechanically removes atherosclerotic plaque and opens clogged arterial passages.
