Supreme Court of Ohio

The Supreme Court of Ohio is the highest appellate court in the state of Ohio. The Supreme Court hears appeals from lower level state courts and also is responsible for the administration of the state's judicial system. It is composed of a Chief Justice and a specified number of associate justices as designated by the state's constitution.
