Western Payments Alliance serves as one of 21 regional rule makers for depository institutions and corporations offering payments related services to financial institutions and their account owners. Western Payments' members are located in California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, part of Washington, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
