American General Hospitality Corporation is a real estate investment trust. The Company acquires, develops, owns and operates hotel properties via management agreements with American General Hospitality, Inc (AGHI). AGHI focuses on full- service hotels in major metropolitan markets, including those in close proximity to airports. To a lesser extent, it also targets hotels in major tourist areas.
