Alliance & Leicester Group Treasury plc is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance & Leicester plc. The subsidiary serves the Group in a number of ways, including maintaining and managing the Group's liquidity, providing the Group with funding from and access to money markets, handling the Group's issues in the Eurobond markets, and providing treasury services to the Group's customers.
