Coalition for Compassionate Care of California

Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC) is a coalition. The Organization represents healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospices, consumers, state agencies, and others. CCCC works to ensure that organizations and communities have the information, knowledge, and tools to expand access to health care in the face of serious illness.
