Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania/The

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania is one of two intermediate appellate courts for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Court has jurisdiction to hear civil actions brought against the Commonwealth. The Court also has authority to hear appeals of decisions made by state agencies and the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas.
