California Fourth District Court of Appeal

The California Fourth District Court of Appeal is an intermediate appellate court for the State of California. The Court has appellate jurisdiction over all matters decided in the California Superior Courts within its district, except for death penalty cases. The Court has multiple divisions and is one of multiple district appellate courts established by the California legislature.
