Florida Second District Court of Appeal

The Florida Second District Court of Appeal is one of the intermediate appellate courts for the State of Florida. The Court has appellate jurisdiction to hear final decisions made in the Florida Circuit Court, as well as final actions by certain state agencies. The Court is one of five district courts of appeal established by the Florida Legislature under the state constitution.
