Roskomnadzor is a Federal Executive Authority of the Russian Federation, performing the following functions: control and supervision of mass media (including electronic mass media), mass communications, information technology, and telecommunications, supervision and statutory compliance control of personal data processing, managing the Radio Frequency Service activities.
