Southwestern Illinois Flood Prevention District Council

Southwestern Illinois Flood Prevention District Council operates as a joint venture between Madison, Monroe and St. Clair counties in the state of Illinois. The Council oversees the restoration of the Metro East and levee systems. The Southwestern Illinois FPD Council manages the funding for the improvement of the levee protection system.
