United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee

The United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee is a general trial court of the United States federal court system. The Court has jurisdiction to hear nearly all categories of federal cases, including both civil and criminal matters, within limits set by Congress and the Constitution.
