Council on Library and Information Resources

Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR) operates as a non-profit organization. The Organization offers strategies to enhance research, teaching, and learning environments in collaboration with libraries, cultural institutions, and communities of higher learning. CLIR serves communities in the State of District of Columbia.
