Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation

Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation operates as an inter governmental group which provides a forum to assist facilitate economic growth, cooperations, trade, and investment in the Asia-Pacific region. The Cooperation works in order to create a safe environment for the movement of goods, services, and people across borders in the region. APEC consists of 21 members and was established in 1989.
