Urban League of Portland/The

The Urban League of Portland operates as a civil rights organization. The Organization empowers African Americans and others to achieve equality in education, employment, health, economic security, and quality of life, as well as it identifies and corrects discriminatory practices and policies commonly used to oppress Black people around the state and throughout the nation.
