The Bloomberg Media Messaging Assistant is Bloomberg.com’s automated help experience. It can help you manage your subscription and answer any questions you may have about your account. If your question cannot be answered by the messaging assistant, a customer support case will be created for a Customer Service Representative to contact you via email. 

Please be aware that you cannot access the Messaging Assistant if you are using a Private Browser (APPLE) or Incognito Mode (CHROME).  If you continue to have difficulty accessing our help chat, you may email customer support at contactus@bloombergsupport.com.
