How do I reset my password?
- Visit https://www.bloomberg.com/account/forgot-password
- Enter the email address you used to subscribe and click “Next”
- You will receive an email in your inbox with a link to create a NEW password
- To verify the changes you will be asked to enter your new password TWICE
HELPFUL TIPS:
- Passwords need to be at least 10 characters long and contain at least 2 of the following categories:
Lowercase letters
Uppercase letters
Numbers
Symbols
It cannot contain any commonly used words or phrases, and cannot be any of your past 3 passwords. - If you are being prompted to enter your old password, it means that you are already signed in to Bloomberg.com. Please make sure you are signed out of Bloomberg.com on all of your browsers (in case your email opens up a different browser when you click on a link).
- If you are being prompted with the error message “INVALID TOKEN,” clear cookies & cached files
APPLE & GOOGLE SUBSCRIBERS
If you purchased your subscription through Apple or Google, you must manage your account within the Subscription Settings on your device.
