Bloomberg Television announced the launch of “Daybreak Asia,” a new morning television program delivering viewers the most pressing global business and financial information they need as U.S. markets close and Asian markets open.
Daybreak Asia is the broadcast/digital video extension of Bloomberg’s Daybreak morning briefing for Bloomberg Terminal customers, and features global anchors in New York and Hong Kong.
“The combination of anchors in New York and Hong Kong will tremendously enhance our coverage of global markets, and deliver to our viewers the essential news and information they need to start or close their business day,” said Al Mayers, Head of Bloomberg TV and Radio.
New York anchors include Betty Liu, Ramy Inocencio, Su Keenan and Kathleen Hays, with Angie Lau, Yvonne Man, Rosalind Chin, Haidi Lun and Shery Ahn in Hong Kong.
