The culture. It was a smaller program, so accessibility to leadership roles, faculty, and staff was incredible. Everyone was so supportive.

Small class sizes and close community; individualized attention in terms of academics, extracurriculars, and career services.

The inclusive, collaborative, and friendly environment. I was not afraid to try new things, push my boundaries, and fail because I knew the faculty, staff, and my classmates would be there to help me out and help me grow.

The analytical ability and openness to problems, news, etc. The mental shift that volatility is opportunity, so long as a person is adaptive.

The smaller size, which has led to being close to most of my classmates and being able to consider them both connections and friends.
