Lows

2015: While serving as Secretary of State, Clinton used a personal e-mail address, which reportedly left sensitive information susceptible to cyber attack. Some believe she did this in order to have her communications viewed by others at the State Department.
2012: Benghazi scandal. Requests for additional security by employees at the U.S. consulate in Libya were reportedly ignored, and the compound was attacked on the anniversary of the September 11th attacks. As Secretary of State, Clinton and her office were blamed for not acting on the employees’ concerns.
1998: The Lewinsky scandal. Bill Clinton had an extramarital affair with the then-22-year-old White House employee, Monica Lewinsky. This led to his impeachment based on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice; he was later cleared of the charges.
1992: The Whitewater scandal. An FBI investigation into a development company, with which the Clintons were affiliated, resulted in fraud and embezzlement convictions for 15 people. It was determined there was insufficient evidence to convict the Clintons.
