According to Gallup, Hillary Clinton's net favorability rating (favorable ratings minus unfavorable ratings) is hovering at -8%. No recent successful candidate for the White House has recovered from a number that low, except one: Bill Clinton in 1992. Her drop may not be fatal, though, as comebacks are a Clinton-family distinction.
