Vostochnaya Neftyanaya Companiya, also known as VNK and Eastern Oil Company, is a vertically integrated company. It prospects for, extracts and refines oil and natural gas. Its subsidiaries are Tomskneft, the Achinsk Refinery, the Tomsk Petrochemical Combine and Tomskneftegazgeologiya. They are all located in Siberia.
