Liberals have been excited this week about a coming fight between Paul Ryan, and other Republicans who believe that tax cuts (including, or perhaps especially, cuts for high-income earners) should remain the top policy priority, and reformers who support moving on to a new set of priorities.

So, first of all, do you think this split is real? And, second, who is correct? Should tax cuts be the Republicans' top priority?
