The company’s technology combines tracking, segmentation, A/B testing and web personalisation with a deep understanding of individual customers to allow for more targeted marketing. As of 2015, the company works with 35 of the top 100 internet retailers in the UK (including Thomas Cook, Game and National Rail) and has seen triple-digit growth in its North American business. The workforce has also grown by almost 80% to 216 people across the UK, the US, France and Germany.
