The Janitorial Program will expand the footprint of QBE North America's Property & Casualty market segment and delivers its specialized expertise to this niche customer segment. QBE North America announced the appointment of Daniel Franzetti as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Franzetti continues his role as Chief Claims Officer for QBE North America, and will add to these responsibilities by overseeing all North American operations, systems, architecture, communications and branding. He will remain a member of the QBE North America Executive Management Board, reporting to QBE North America Chief Executive Officer Russell Johnston. Before joining QBE North America, Mr. Franzetti, who succeeds Bob James, was Chief Claims Officer for Zurich Australia Insurance Limited and Senior Vice President, leading Zurich's Claims Technical Shared Services in North America.

In this role, Mr. Keeping will lead QBE's go-to-market activities as an integrated specialist insurer in the 20-state region consisting of AL, CT, DE, FL, GA, MA, MD, ME, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, and WV. Based in New York City, he will be accountable for the region's profitable growth across QBE's specialized insurance business portfolio, as well as the development of all agent and broker relationships in the region. He will oversee business planning and collaborate with Underwriting and Claims leadership to deliver better end-to-end risk management solutions through applied expertise and an experience of excellence for customers. With 25 years in the insurance business, Mr. Keeping is a seasoned insurance executive with international experience and deep knowledge of the business. Prior to QBE and his role at Willis Towers Watson, he served in a variety of leadership roles in London and New York at Willis Group, which he joined in 2003.
