iForce Limited Key Developments

John Lewis Extends iForce Partnership

John Lewis has extended its relationship with iForce for the provision of on-line fulfilment support. iForce was originally chosen by John Lewis to support the launch of its on-line retailing in 2002 and the new agreement re-confirms iForce as a key John Lewis fulfilment partner into at least the next decade. Company will continue to provide its Gateway fulfilment service powered by its SMART software to assemble customer orders for delivery to home and for the Click & Collect solution, which is offered at over 300 John Lewis and Waitrose stores across the UK.

Aldi Selects iForce to Support the Launch and Future Growth of its Ecommerce Platform for Non-Food Products

iForce has been chosen by Aldi to support the launch and future growth of its ecommerce platform for non-food products. The company has awarded iForce a long-term contract to provide a range of fulfilment services as it looks to develop its online proposition and grow its market share across the UK. Aldi is utilising iForce Gateway, the fulfilment solution powered by the proprietary software SMART, from the supply chain specialists multi-client warehouse in Corby, Northamptonshire. The company deployed Gateway to maximise the efficiency of its fulfilment model ahead of the online launch of its wine range in January. Following the initial success of the wine operation, the retailer has now expanded the range of products available online. The Specialbuys include items such as handheld vacuums, coffee machines, lawnmowers and blenders. iForces team of supply chain experts designed a bespoke fulfilment model for Aldi, which was then refined during a valuable beta testing period late last year. This collaboration between iForce and Aldi ensured the retailers ecommerce platform was efficiently launched on time and to budget. Aldi is also operating iForce Pathfinder, the company's innovative carrier management solution that is supported by the Route Genie software. This ensures the retailer can achieve the best carrier options in terms of pricing and customer service.

iForce Secures Long-Term Deal with New TV Shopping Channel

iForce has been awarded a new long-term contract to provide a range of fulfilment services to The Craft Channel. This move will ensure the TV-based retailer can benefit from streamlined operations as it embarks on the next stage of its growth. The Gateway product, powered by the iForce proprietary software SMART, has been chosen by The Craft Channel and deployed in the iForce shared user warehouse in Saltley, Birmingham. Under the terms of the deal, iForce will initially manage items from the Anna Griffin Range. Anna is labelled the Queen of American crafting and her collection is a regular feature across the channel. Over the coming months, iForce will manage the fulfilment of an extended range of products, whilst The Craft Channel will also deploy iForce Pathfinder, the company's innovative carrier management solution that is underpinned by the Route Genie software. This will allow the retailer to achieve the best carrier options in terms of pricing and customer service.
